Hi there! I’m James Denton, a licensed mortgage loan officer with nearly 15 years of experience in the mortgage and banking industry, proudly serving clients nationwide. Recently, I made the exciting move to Texas with my fiancé, Kate, and we’ve been loving every moment of our new adventure.

As a father of three amazing children — Devyn, who is 8 and passionate about gymnastics, soccer, golf, and anything Taylor Swift, Dash, who is 7 and an avid fan of football, baseball, hockey, and collecting sports cards, and Drew, our newborn baby girl — I understand the importance of finding the right home for your family.

In addition to my professional life, I’m an avid golfer and enjoy playing slow-pitch softball. I’m also committed to fitness, currently training for marathon and a half Ironman in 2025. When I'm not on the golf course or running, you can often find me binge-watching Netflix shows or spending quality time with my family. We are proud members of Restoration Church in Woodforest, and our household wouldn’t be complete without our two dogs, Penny and Henry.
