My role is to originate the loan, structure it strategically, and ensure you are set up for success from the very beginning. With many years of experience as a top-producing Realtor, I offer a perspective that most Loan Officers simply do not have. I understand how financing impacts offers, negotiations, and timelines, which helps my clients stay competitive and avoid surprises.

In 2025, I expanded my services by obtaining my Loan Officer license with New American Funding (NMLS #2754373).
