An immigrant from the Dominican Republic, Hector is especially passionate about helping Latino homebuyers build long-term wealth through real estate. He specializes in alternative and non-traditional loan solutions, including Foreign National, DSCR, Bank Statement, and second-look lending for clients who may not initially qualify through builder-preferred channels.

He is deeply involved in builder partnerships and realtor education, frequently hosting events, bus tours, webinars, and community-focused initiatives designed to create opportunity and clarity for buyers and referral partners alike.
