This is the second home we have purchased with Erich's help, and we have been extremely pleased both times with his high level of professionalism, willingness to help and expertise. He has always been extremely timely when we have been under the wire to get a bid in on a house! If it weren't for his dedication, we probably wouldn't be in our new one! I cannot speak more highly of Erich, and we will certainly be recommending him to family and friends.

I truly can't begin to put into words how incredible it was to work with Erich. He communicates 100% and makes you feel seen and heard. He goes above and beyond to get everything done for you and is always so so happy . We had to pivot in our situation and Erich figured out a plan in 8 hours!! 8 hours!!! I try to convince people to move to KY just to have Erich as their lender. He is so trustworthy and a pleasure to work with,. I feel so lucky we were connected and he specifically is our lender . Just incredible!!!
