Eric is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough in covering all of our clients' needs, and does his best to get them the best loan product for their needs. Most importantly to me, Eric keeps a steady stream of communication and consistently updates on the progress of the loan and the clients' activity along the way. Even when challenges arose, as they always do, Eric found solutions and conveyed them to me and the client to get us to closing as quickly and smoothly as possible.
