Edwin and Lisa were very helpful. I was disappointed that we made a quick turnaround on an estimate for repairs and because Lisa was out on jury duty, things moved more slowly than expected . This is of course not Lisa's fault, she was outstanding. I do think it reflects on NAF's planning to cover employees who handle time sensitive processes while they are out, however. Overall, we are grateful for both Edwin and Lisa for making this happen for us. This is the second time we've worked with Edwin and would 100% work with him again.
