The first processor thsa we had did not quote the loan correctly. This caused a large delay in getting the loan closed. While others Like Dyerlan,Brian and Meredith stepped up to make it work (and they were all great) I almost went to a different loan company. Very slow but in the end it got done.

ALL STEMS FROM NOT BEING ORGANIZED. THERE SHOULD BE A CHECKLIST DEALING WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS REFERRING TO MOBILE HOMES!!! WITH THAT INFO SENT TO THE CLIENT, WOULD KEEP COMMUNIATIONS TO A MINIMUM. A LOAN THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN AROUND LESS THAN 60 DAYS, TOOK TWO MONTHS!
