Working with Kristina Grzywacz as our loan officer was truly an incredible experience, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the home-buying process with patience, clarity, and genuine care. We came into this journey facing credit challenges and had even been told by another lender that homeownership simply wasn’t possible for us. Kristina refused to let that be the end of our story. She took the time to thoroughly walk us through our situation, explain all of our options, and present the best possible scenarios tailored to our needs. Additionally, my husband is a disabled retired veteran, and Kristina’s extensive knowledge of VA loans was invaluable. It’s rare to find someone so well-versed in this area, and her expertise ensured we fully understood and maximized the benefits available to us. Beyond helping us secure our home, Kristina gave us something even more meaningful—the opportunity to build a strong foundation for our son and our future. That is something we will never take for granted. She didn’t just treat us like clients; she treated us like family, and that made all the difference.
