Donovan is a very nice person. I picture him with a headset on and walking around reassuring and wanting to move on. I was a realtor for nearly 40 years. You have become attached to youtr emails, docusign etc. I fortunately understand the process and my options. The person that doesn't, Donovan is to fast and doesn't take the time to make sure everything is clear and I am sure he checked out all of my options. I have been through this process with you before. Kris (I think was his name)I understand he no longer works for you. He was great He took the time to see me and my needs. He called me every 4 or 5 months after the close of escrowbecause I said I wanted to refi when the rates lowered. He saw the customer and potential business. You can thank him. I am less enthused this time. You guys are on to the next.
I asked Doinovan for a complete set of docs including closing statement, loan docs, etc. Not sure your processes and required form of delivery.

The received an email saying FUNDED for questions it gave the phone number for customer service.
I called him and got voice mail. He returned my call but I said I looked up the phone number for the title company and got my questions answered. Donovan called back and I told him I got my questions by calling the title company. Not something I should have had to do. Donovan is suppose to be point man. He moves too fast. He on to the next thing before he finishes the current task

Quick question. Did New American Funding wave any part of the origination fee Kris said they would on a refi. I asked Donovan don't remember a clear answerl Sorry I'm not usually a pickie person. I do understand how hard you jobs can be. The customer should not have to know that if your want repeat business. Let the customer they matter, not just one of many.
