Great service friendly people

David was very nice and advised us on doing a Refinance of our mortgage for a lower interest r*te. The only thing I did not like was that we were told a different interest r*te and closing cost. We were initially told it was to be 5.75% then by closing it went up to 6.25%. The closing cost based on the final email showed around $750 for the option we selected but we actually ended up paying over $1500. I would have appreciated more transparency during the process so we can make a more informed decision for what we would want to decide on and not decided for us . I had to frequently ask clarifying questions to understand why they came up with the numbers and interest they did instead of that information given.

David was consistently available to answer any questions and was incredibly thorough in his explanations through the whole process. Went above and beyond.

David made our first time home buying experience great. He was very proactive when we had a weekend showing and got us an offer letter the same day which helped us to eventually get accepted when there were competing offers on the table. I hope he will still be doing the same job down the road when we look to purchase our next house.
