From the very first day of speaking with Mr Dyer he made me very comfortable with the process of having to get a mortgage on a farm that had not seen a mortgage. I had paid cash for my property I had paid cash for my prior property I had not had a mortgage in over 20 years. David made this whole process so easy for me to understand the language the terms the financing that even with the signing at the end , I felt like I had control. David was great,fast and smooth dealing with him, always answered calls or returned calls very fast. Stage 2 of loan process was like watching paint dry.. nice person when you could get in contact with her. Call her and always get voice mail. One day voice said she was in a morning meeting and would return all calls that afternoon, think it was 2 days later she called me back..processing took so long my 45 day lock ran out, had too pay a extra 100+ for a ex.

The process was great from day one until our loan was funded. I appreciated the professionalism, continuous updates, and the availability to contact each representative if I had questions. I will definitely recommend NAF to family and friends.
