Dave was on top of everything for me. What I was worried would be a stressful process he made it stress free. Whether it was 7am, 1pm, or 630pm Dave would get back to me within hours to answer anything I was unsure of. He worked with me when switched Real Estate agents and through a few years of the process of trying to get a house. He explained the paperwork to make it very easy when it got to closing.
