Cole was extremely helpful from the start. We ran into some problems along the way that were not his fault, but he walked me through each one to make things work out. I was able to reach him immediately anytime I tried to call and he was very proactive in keeping me informed all during the process. In a world today where customer service is highly lacking, this was certainly not the case with Cole.
