I highly recommend working with Cody, as it turns out we didn’t start our VA build, though this was due to the builders issues not ours or Cody. What did happen is he was receptive to our change of plans! That being buying an existing property, he transferred the loan quick and assisted us in finding another agent to that process these transactions. That in itself is selfless! That’s a rare trait in the loan field. He was Knowledgeable, Yet humble enough to admit when he didn’t have the information and was intelligent enough to seek it out and find out! All in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a build loan Officer. This Veteran Marine Gunnery Sergeant, with four or five homes under his purchase experience can’t recommend this gentleman more highly! We shall be doing a build with him in the future, as the barn dominium dream home isn’t done.
