NAF has grwat great front facing people that I always enjoy working with. They are professional, efficient and highly responsive. I have completed 5 projects overall the last 3 years for close to $4M. I like using the same team and fostering trusted relationship. Unfortunately I'm not sold that NAF cares about relationship. They seem to be hoghly highly transactional and just want their 2.5%. They dont recognize that as an investor each project is different and may require a team relationship to make the project work. Sometimes 1% is required and a bet that the next project may offer a better return. Again great people that I love working with but I'm unsure that NAF is a good fit for my continued business. I value relationships too much and want to make money with people that value the same.

The entire process was great and I was well taken care of and was informed about every step there was to take. The knowledge and experience that was shown made the process so simple and quick. I would happily use this company again in the future for any futurely purchases.
