When you are not treated like a number, service levels tend to increase. Blake was great at just providing excellent service regardless of outcome. In other words he prioritized service over reward. Said another way, he demonstrated selfless service and a sense of selflessness. Organizations that emphasize truly putting the customer first MUST put the customers first. Blake does that and frankly should get a good raise. His current rating reflects what I have experienced.
I have been very pleased to experience Blake's responsiveness and his facilitation of working through and with the others NAF team members with the loan process.
Lastly, I have been in management for well over 30 years. Blake's level of professionalism, knowledge, and custome service is exceptional! He is also very knowledgeable of market conditions and responsive to the concerns of the customer and either answered those concerns or connected me to someone who could assist. His ability to navigate through the loan process as it relates to the specific needs of the customer deminstrated his expertise of his profession.
Blake's soft skills are worth noting. Treating others as you would want to be treated was clearly evident. He was poilite, actively listened, sympathsized, empathized, orovided insight, presented various options for the customer to make a well-informed decision.
