Ashley and Justin were both wonderful in communication, answering my questions especially as a first time home buyer not knowing what I am doing and very helpful in the overall process of the stress of home buying. They were super helpful in meeting dead lines and closed on our scheduled closing day! I would refer them to anyone!

Both Ashley and Serei were very responsive to all questions we had throughout the process. Response times were incredibly quick. They made our process super simple.

Closing date 2 weeks later than anticipated. NAF was aware that title Co had closing scheduled for 1130 am est on 2/27/26 however didn't provide all required info until nearly 330pm est causing title company delay in balancing info. The signing actually started at 430 pm est. I did not appreciate waiting in My car 5 hours for signing to happen. This could have been averted by communication to both title company and myself.
