Alex was great at communicating and was honest about terms. Also, he was knowledgeable about the best path forward for my situation instead of just a commission.

Mostly easy to access. Everything moved pretty quickly.

Communication at first was fantastic! Alex did a great job overall though the timeline and hiccups were aggravating. We began this refi in early November and expected to skip Nov and Dec payments. Needless to say we ended up paying both months and once things were handed over to Jem, things slowed down significantly and communication grew less frequent and efficient. At one pint we went 3 weeks withit an update and I had to reach out to Alex. Jem's chains of emails were very hard to locate the new information and despite the color coordinating of what was pertinent at one point was confusing when resent over and over again in the chain. Delays after delays almost made us pull out. We understand that our loan had some surprises and setbacks, but we started out being told we could take $40k cash out. We ended up at $11k, which was even $3k less than what our final proposal was shown to be, with no explanation or mention of it before signing. We have overall been happy with NAF and would use you again, but this has not been our best experience.

There was an urgency to get the loan completed in a a timely manner.

I am completely satisfied with the experience as Alex Hensley and Raquel Chavez provided exceptional service every step of the way. They were available to answer questions and communicated effectively throughout the process. Sincere appreciation for Raquel for the outstanding service. She made me feel valued by taking the time to understand my needs and explain clearly each step of the process. Alex also did a wonderful job understanding my needs. Both were professional, patient and genuine. This level of attention made the process smooth and stress free.
