"Tamara kept the lines of communication open until the next loan processor got involved. She was personable. A little sidenote that my husband and I were not happy with is concerning the mailing of our checks to pay off our creditors. We were told that those checks would be overnighted to my husband and I. in fact, they were mailed from the title company. That was the opposite of what we were told. To this day I have creditors who have not been paid yet. My car payment is 22 days late and they are still calling us. The same with the credit cards so we're not happy about that. Your service and communication was very good. But the title company doing the opposite of what we were told, gave us a very. Uncomfortable feeling. And the checks are still in transit and this is three weeks later. Other than that, we are happy for the way we were able. To work things out."
