"Kristin Mack was an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with!! From her lack of communication to her completely unprofessional demeanor I can safely say I WILL NEVER work with her or even this company at any point in the future. She waited until 3 days before our closing day to ask us for a very lengthy list of items and when I asked why she waited so long to approach us with quite a list her EXACT words were “Whoopsie, that’s my bad, I forgot”. When we stressed to her we needed our house to close on its original date and the only reason it wasn’t was because of her lack of time management she replied by telling us to call a hotel for the night and request they wave a cancellation fee. She barely ever answered her phone when I called and when she did she was COMPLETELY CLUELESS about anything going on with the sale literally every time. She even emailed us requesting information that was actually meant for ANOTHER CLIENT. This woman is messy, unreliable and irresponsible. She NEEDS to be FIRED!!!! When I went to call her boss Danelle to discuss this with her, Danelle couldn’t be bothered to answer her phone the dozen times I called or return my 2 voicemails. The only person on the entire N.A.F team that actually helped us, listened to us and got anything at all done was RUTH DANIELSON! She is the only person who made our original close date happen on time and didn’t give us a hassle about it. Ruth was the only positive out of this experience as I literally broke down on the phone with her crying over what KRISTIN MACK put my family through!!!!! I cannot stress enough how much of a vulture and money sucking vampire this woman is! This is who you have representing your company and driving business away! She ruined our entire home buying process and literally made us the most stressed we have ever been in our entire lives! Then had the guts to try and say it wasn’t her fault knowing she did NOT even attempt to prioritize anything about our sale or us, pushed everything until last minute and LITERALLY laughed on the phone about her pushing it until last minute. If I could give zero stars for the overall process I would just because of Kristin Mack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
