He made sure to follow up with me weekly on the status of my loan. Shayla was also amazing. She kept me up-to-date on the status and next steps and was patient while work could be completed before closing. Communication with both was quick and easy. Shayla even reschedule my closing last minute due to an emergency on my end. The whole process was smooth and I never had a question about where we were in the process or what the next step was.
