"Claudia was rather rude and seemed inexperienced. I still referred someone to Matt, so I would say my experience was somewhere between excellent and good, but Claudia treated me like I was an idiot, she seemed to understand some of my issues, when I had her \"do it herself\" and she seemed more apologetic. I think she lacks people skills. I would suggest a class in customer service. I was pleased with the overall experience. Matt was able to help me with grants that saved me a bunch of money on closing costs. All in all, we got the house, so I'm happy."

"I don't what to say. Matt and Claudia were amazing during the entire process. Even on closing day, both the buyer and seller realtors commented at how seamless this entire process was. As a first time home buyer completely clueless from the start, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My first person of contact was Matt Sandgren, the loan officer. We spent a fair amount of time on the phone. I was firing off questions left and right and he was able to answer them all. I was very happy with the response times in paperwork and he acted like a great guide as how and where to expect things. Flawless. Next point of contact was Claudia van Herwaarden. the loan processor. She has a great attitude and personality. From the instant I got on the phone with her I felt like we were old friends. We laughed, we cried. No, wait, we didn't cry, but we did have a great conversation. But don't let that fool you. She was tenacious with her work. I liked how she was able to be preemptive on questions from the underwriter, and how openly communicative and transparent she was during her process. Even on closing day, in the midst's of signing, I was able to call her up for clarification on something. She was absolutely wonderful! I can't express enough my gratitude towards both Matt and Claudia. Their professionalism, demeanor, and confidence kept me level headed and focused without having to continually back check their work. It's hard to find such dedicated people to their craft that you don't have to micromanage them by double and triple checking their work."
