"Katie is overall one of the friendliest professionals I've had the pleasure of doing business with or receiving service from and or being advised by. Although I was familiar with the majority of the process it was still my first time purchasing a home; and Katie respected that. She answered every question in a very knowledgeable precise and effective manner allowing me to not only get the best deal, I feel, on a loan however also learn about the market, housing, and financing in the same go. Toward the end there were some minor hiccups shall we say; none that had to do with Katie in any way shape or form however Katie yet again let her character shine by showing the level of maturity and calm relaxed meter she managed to maintain when my realtor was getting extremely short and rude; to appoint past any sort of professionalism. I do apologize on his behalf as I typically am not represented or do I represent or carry myself in that manner so I apologize for that. I will say one thing it's a Bittersweet feeling having a Triplex as a first time homeowner. It's extremely exciting finally getting to step foot in and get to work; but really is bittersweet knowing it's going to be a solid 2 to 3 years before I get to work with Katie again. NAF customer for life; keep up the great work Katy.
