Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"I felt like the communication wasn’t great prior to closing, I found out about railings needing to be installed a few days before, I found out that I needed to pay off my IRS balance in full the night before closing, on closing day there wasn’t an underwriter in the office to close and it wasn’t done on time for the following day either. It took sometimes a week to hear back about what documents I needed. The beginning of the process with Jeff was so smooth, he’s great, but I felt like the ball was dropped after with underwriter and processor and it really produced a lot of anxiety for me while traveling for work up up to closing. I’m very happy with my new home and that it’s done but I wish it was a smoother experience in the end."
