Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"Jacob Fragoso did a great job and I referred my brother to NAF based on my interaction with him. My loan documents were not submitted by the time we were supposed to close on Monday, July 15th as there was a hold up with some of the documents. Neither myself nor the real estate agent were told about it and showed up to the lawyers office to sign the closing documents and were told they did not get them yet. Jacob Fragoso got back to me quickly when I contacted him about it, but Elisa never did. So, my experience with the NAF so far was good, but not perfect. Jacob did a great job!"

"After talking to friends whom are homeowners and the stress they apparently endured during the process, I'm happy to say that Jacob made this experience one of the most easiest one could expect. He was very profesional at all times, but the unique trait that he carries was that he understood my sense of humor and talked to me like a human. It's super important, especially coming from a potential buyers stand point. The word \"mortgage\" for some is probably the scariest word, only because its life changing, and to have a lender like Jacob, who can laugh at your jokes and remain profesional makes one feel comfortable, as if you were having a conversation with a good friend.
