The process was extremely slow.Once I closed it was even slower because I had to mail checks to all of the credit card comapnies which means that more credit card payments will be deducted from my account and the crredit card companies will owe me money-we know how long that will take.This should all be done electronically!!!

The entire process was very lengthy (5 months). I am not overly pleased, nor am I disappointed. I would recommend New American Funding if asked. Maybe my circumstance was more tedious. Best regards

All questions, concerns and scenarios answered. Collin was also thoughou with following up on my requests. He was clear and transparent about the processes involved. The online portal was a bit of an issue unrelated to Collin's support.

Collin Brown is an absolute gem. He takes care of issues before I even know about them and if I ever have questions, I just email him and he responds very quickly. I don't know where you found him, but I'd make sure you hang on to him.
