"I provided the nec documents within 24 hrs of starting the loan. I had to help the title company clear the title after you had the paperwork for over a month. the only one that returned calls was christina Christina. They set a closing for 3:00 pm at Dairy Queen. I explained I was out of town, but would drive the 50 minutes to meet the notary . The notary never showed up, so I had to drive another 50 minutes back. thet reset the closing for the next Tuesday at 3:00pm, I took off work and went to the Dairy Queen again and again the notary dudnt didn't show up because the documents were not sent to her. Christina was the only bright spot I . This process it was like you were a brand new company. if I had to do it over I would go w rocket mortgage or another reputable company, the only reason I didn't was because 1.Christina Wang 2. I was on a time crunch. Rocket Mortgage called me several times in the process and tried to get me to switch sayin g they could close in 16 days and all my deed paperwork's already approved by their underwriting. I will never understand why after having my paperwork for almost 2 months you found a problem with my ownership of the home . If there was a problem it should have been caught at the beginning not the end . then trying to charge me for the time extensions, was really the last straw . I will be sharing my experience with any and all that ask, I am also going to contact the BBB and file a complaint. The only person to ever apologize was Christina, she apologized for things that weren't even her fault."
