"Purchasing a home, - even one that we already own a half interest in - is not for the faint of heart. I went into this thinking it was going to be a simple transaction. I was wrong. Caleb and his team provided answers and reassurance to get us to closing. Somehow, he coordinated a team of professionals, including Nicci Dudek at Vantage Point Title, who guided us through some sticking points with the seller, and Sonia Westburg, mobile notary, who also went over and beyond to close this deal. Thankfully, we made it. Without Caleb and NAF, I honestly don't know that we would have achieved our goal of purchasing my childhood home."
