Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"I think Brook did a tremendous job, but the whole processing part took way too long. Almost 2 months! I think the knowledge/experience concerning our trust and what paperwork they needed from us on the processing end of it was poor, causing delays. Everything they needed from us I sent to them usually within hours. The processing part of our original loan two years ago with you was handled very efficiently, but not so much this time. Look, I don’t like to be critical with anyone, but if it wasn’t for Brook constantly helping out it seemed like it would have never closed. It did close and I will always be grateful for that.
