Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"It took a long time which I understand these types of things do but ideally it would have went a but faster. Also we got checks for each lender instead of wiring directly to lenders so I have to now find where to mail and send checks. This will create an additional lag time, I was hoping it could go straight to them."
