(Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"Overall I felt like Alec did a fantastic job. He discussed various options, with the pros and cons of each loan structure. He was also prompt on responding to phone calls when I had further questions. I had difficulties contacting Tracy which made closing much more difficult than I would have preferred. I prefer phone conversations over email. I left multiple voice-mails that were not returned and the 2 times we did talk on the phone, her service was so bad I could only understand about half of the conversation. Besides that she was nice and pleasant."
