About Pat Bolan

Pat Bolan serves as Chief Production Officer for New American Funding. In this role, Pat leads the effort to grow the company’s retail lending platform and focuses on ensuring the long-term success of NAF’s retail division.

Pat brings more than 30 years of leadership and origination experience to New American Funding. He is passionate about recruiting and developing strong leaders. Pat also has a proven history of attracting some of the top loan originators in the industry.

His tenured experience in the mortgage industry helps influence the growth of NAF’s sales team, the overall structure of retail sales, and the synergies between all departments at NAF.

Prior to joining NAF, Pat served as a Divisional Manager at one of the nation’s largest lenders where he developed a sales and operations team from scratch that produced at a very high level. Additionally, he has experience as a Divisional President and SVP, Director of Retail Mortgage Sales in previous roles.
