Pam was very knowledgeable, responsive and supportive during the entire mortgage approval process. She provided hard data to support her financial advice. She also took the time to explain how decisions would be made about pre-approval amounts and interest rates, which was very helpful. Pam went above and beyond in terms of availability to secure a pre-approval letter during a weekend while she was supposed to be on vacation. I am very grateful for the quality of financial guidance and the overall customer service that Pam provided during my first home buying experience.
