First of all he lied about my r***!! Said he was getting me a cheaper r***,then when I questioned him about it he said oh it would be changed on my closing papers and it wasn't. I kept sending him the information he requested and didn't forward it to Robyn...which kept delaying my closing....the worst experience ever.As soon as I can find a cheaper r*** I am taking it somewhere else!

Better communication and response time. Our closing was pushed back multiple times due to incompetence from our loan officer and processor.

Not sure what to improve, as a customer we had a very stressful closing on our house. I've never had an experience as stressful as this

Had he been transparent, talked to me with decency, explained the process instead of assuming I know about home financing and what it entails, had he taken the time to sit down with me and discuss what certain changes and decisions could affect my loan would have been helpful, had he not been unprofessional would have been nice, and had he held Maggie accountable for not doing her job would have helped but due to his negligence, I lost a lot of money!!!! This experience with Mike and Maggie was the most horrible experience I have ever had besides dealing with death in my family. I made a complaint and nobody at NAF has bothered to reach out. As soon as I can refinance with another lender, you best believe I am. This was the worst experience for me and my family ever!! Mind you, we moved from Montana to Texas and due to their negiligence, we was homeless for a week!!! Horrible experience!!!

If Dave and Lee had done their jobs properly and on time, we would have closed a week earlier. We were supposed to close on June 29th, but couldn't due to Dave and Lee not doing their jobs. We were supposed to close on July 2nd, but again, weren't able to because, again, Dave and Lee didn't do their due diligence. When we tried to get an actual call from Dave, he was to busy not working to communicate with us. We then tried to contact Drew, who is Dave's boss, he would only email us excuses as to why no one had done their jobs. Overall the lack of communication and and due diligence cost us extra money to the seller and pushed our closing back a week. We had trucks and people lined up for the move and had to cancel both. This was the worst house financing experience we have ever had. No one at your company seemed to care when they screwed up, and no one would own up to all the mistakes. I think we are due some monetary compensation due to all of the incredible sloppiness we experienced. You all are getting paid while we were left in limbo with nothing but incompetence and excuses. Again you'll get your money so why would you care? I think some compensation is fair, and deserved.

My loan officer Logan Mead took a vacation during my closing. Said he could do things with my budget, which was untrue switched all the numbers on a Friday two days before closing. $8000 increase up my monthly payment then no communication Saturday Sunday Monday came along and find out he won't be back on till the seventh and closing was on the 29th which we pushed back to the 30th because of the lack of communication on NAF.

This company is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I wish I could cancel the loan because the employees misled me.

Someone explainjng information better after asking multiple times about a gifted percentage they owner Would be able to receive there money back after having screenshots of the conversation!
