I would give them zero stars if I could. I had an initial phone call with Matt Bigger, took all my information and pulled my credit and send me his phone number so I could send him text messages. After that first call I never heard from him again. I sent several texts, phone calls, and emails and all I got in return was spam emails. I had to go to another agency. This is bad business and I would like the inquiry removed from my credit report since you did nothing. No email, phone call or snail mail to say whether I qualified or not. Nothing but crickets. Thanks for dropping my credit score and doing absolutely nothing for me.

Sally is simply amazing! We had a great team of people we worked with. Our realtor was great and I can’t say enough about Sally! We had so many obstacles and she was with us the whole way. I could not imagine going through this process with anyone else by our side. We are now in our new home and we owe a lot of that to Sally. Thank you so much Sally. Thanks to you we have a great story to tell. We could not have done this without you!!??

I would have put 0 stars if it let me. I supplied everything over 4 months ago, and have only received telemarketing calls, and nothing else since. I have tried to close my application/request the right to be forgotten, but good luck getting ahold of anyone or finding any more information other than "this button does this"... Sigh

The people are friendly / great for the most part, that is until you get closer to your closing date. They consistently lied to me too, telling me I was approved for a house then when I found a house they told me I had to wait another month to close due to me not being at my job long enough. That was never disclosed in the beginning. To this day, I still have no idea who did the appraisal for my new house from them. I paid $480 for the appraisal, never got a report, and I was told that I couldn't see what my house appraised for until the day before closing???????? Then after a month and a half of waiting, and exactly a week before closing, they present to me a new stipulation for me to close on the house. They tell me I have to have a lease agreement for my old house? Which was never discussed the month and a half before? Also, never disclosed in any contracts/disclosures/agreements? So a week before I'm closing, I'm told I have to have my old house leased out for rent, even though I'm still living in the house at the time. Once I was informed of that, I told them to forget about the loan entirely. A month and a half wasted, and I STILL want my appraisal money back because I 100% believe that no one actually appraised it. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

After obtaining my phone number through misleading marketing this company is repeatedly spamming me. The first time New American Funding called me I stated I wasn't interested and they said ok and we hung up. The second time I simply hung up on them without saying anything. Just now I was woken up from a nap from yet ANOTHER call from them, someone named Chad left me a voicemail trying to follow up. I already told them I wasn't interested. How does one logically follow up on someone who isn't interested? What's it going to take for these pushy sales folk to understand? The misleading marketing was a link that said "Click to see rates." I was then asked for my contact info. I reluctantly entered my contact info hoping that on the next screen I would see the rates. But nope. I just hope someone in the company will see this review and get my number removed from their spamming list.

Working in real estate - I have the good fortune of working with a number of highly qualified, professional lenders. Sadly, I cannot say that Beau with New American Funding meets that standard. With extremely short notice a closing wouldn't be met - Beau began refusing to take any phone calls or respond to emails from myself or the buyers agent. It became impossible to identify what the adjusted timeline would look like and/or whether closing would be salvaged. The key to any real estate transaction is communication and Beau is unwilling to be a communicative partner for the benefit of his borrower and all other impacted parties. Absolutely the worst service across many years of real estate as a profession.

The loan officer (Brandy Hope) we've worked with is great. Communicates professionally and timely. The rest of the team has left us incredible disappointed and no one has any resolution. We have an email saying everything was approved and a closing date scheduled. The first mistake, someone didn't process the closing documents and closing was delayed 4 days. And then a No Name Underwriter requested an employment document that doesn't exist. We've had to restructure our loan, delay weeks, pay more to our current residence and lost deposits for repairs in the new home. This office seems apathetic to the stress their clients experience trying to secure a home.

If your looking for the worst experience your in the right place with Ela short. Very unprofessional person .poor customer service.
