This company has destroyed my families life and are a group of thieves selling false dreams. My parents have invested their money, time and health in attempting to reach their dream of buying their first home. Two days before the closing day, Ricardo Maldonado contact my parents and told them that they will not be able to do the closing for a failure on their end. They ran my mothers credit 4 times bringing it down right before the closing. Communication with these people has been horrible and no real explanation of the error committed is being explained. They are unprofessional and unorganized. If you are looking to buy a house please do not do business with this company. My parents did everything they needed to do, all documents where in place and credit was a 645 my mom and 685 my dad and from them running it so often because of their mistakes it ran it down. I am waiting patiently for these people to correct this issue and I pray they do right by my parents.

Terrible experience, I contacted a loan consultant from this business and I was preapproved for a loan, a month later, when I was ready to do the business I was treated le a ghost, he never answered my calls and sent me text messages saying he was going to call me back latera nd never did. At the end I couldn't buy the house because I lost the bid. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

Good thing never did business, Diogenes so unprofessional. Make me and my family waist our time, very rude.

I’ll tell my story so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I was assigned to Cesar and his assistant Camila everything was fine until they kept asking for something from my credit card companies that doesn’t even exist which was odd because I thought this people were “professionals” and they knew what they are doing. Days came by and with the closing date just a few days ahead I had to contact them regarding my loan because they didn’t follow up with me at all. The closing city sent a few emails they never replied either, I started to panicked mind you this is my first home and I worked very hard to make this happen and this people were playing games with me because after me pushing it they sent me a crazy loan terms just 4 days ahead of closing day. They basically kept me in the dark for almost two weeks without informing me of anything, they put people in difficult positions to either take the crazy loans they find or lose money. My health was compromised after dealing with them, I wish I had listen to a friend of mine that had the same experience with them by the time I wanted change my mind I was already involved with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE, YOU ARE WARNED!!!

Worst company ever. We are 3 weeks over the closing date and still pending. They're using the holidays and elections as an excuse for the delay. However, our offer was accepted on 11/5 and it is now 12/28... Way before the holidays. They do not keep you informed in regards the the process, they don't explain any forms, they request the same documents more than once.. and they just email you asking to e-sign without an explanation. I do not recommend them.

Communication with a first time home buyer is crucial. it should only be One person not 6 diffrent people that gives you 6 different answers to questions
