The payment I was quoted went up $100 more. If my wife was not there,I would have walked out of the closing without signing.What they do is deceitful.I regret not using my credit union.You live and you learn.I will refinance in the next couple of months

Throughout the entire process there was little to no communication . After three phone calls the the week before and week of closing I was told we were good to go. The day before closing I am informed theres there's issues. From that point on we extended closing two more times over a week and a half. That entire time my calls and emails were never returned or answered.

Pending federal litigation filed — U.S. District Court Case No. 1:25-cv-690 (screening stage). My family was ghosted mid-loan on an FHA refinance — no adverse action notice, no explanation, just silence. We sent certified notices, including a preservation of evidence and formal communication. The documents bounced. Screenshots attached speak louder than any claims. Just sharing this now to raise awareness for others navigating similar issues. More info to come as the case proceeds.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! The communication within this office is terrible. Marla and Joel would ask us multiple times to send in documents we already sent in. Martin and Joel waited a day before closing to provide paperwork for POA since I would not be able to make it for closing due to living in another state and also a major hurricane was hitting the state. I told this information to Martin 3 times within a month time frame. Martin, Joel, or Marla never sent over wire instructions. The only reason we were able to get the instructions was because of our realtors. I would give this page 0 stars if I could because Martin and his team are useless.
