Any level of communication would have been better than what I received. Never received a phone call and only received an email when I begged for it.

Serious lack of communication. Under writters , loan processor and Jessica were never on the same page during the transaction. Multiple times we were told inaccurate info from all involved. Closing was delayed due to this. Took a week for under writting to review an appriasal after it was received. The buyer gave them everything they needed in a timely manor. I will never recommed NAF to my buyer clients as a lending option.

To have someone to contact me that is higher than corporate. Corporate was no help. I did not feel like this company was good at all. I feel like I went through HELL. And there was no season for any of it.

Better communication and keeping us updated at all times. Do not go 5 days without any update. Not waiting until last minute to complete tasks and do their jobs!

If i can give a zero i will! I started with this in May 14, 2020 with FLORENCE HURLEY AND ELIZABETH SOMOZA, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Basically is was me chasing them! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER UNLESS I TYPED LIKE THIS!, HERE IT IS JUNE 18, AND FLORENCE SAYS I GET A CALL BY THE END OF BUSINESS DAY TODAY, WELL LET ME SEE IS 08:50 PM UNREAL! NOW SHE WANTS TO TELL ME THE PROBLEM OR WHAT THEY NEED AFTER WHAT, A MONTH AND FOUR DAYS OF ME CHASING THESE TWO! DON'T EVEN BOTHER! ALSO BECAUSE I HAD A DEADLINE FOR TOMORROW I HAVE TO WATCH WHAT I SAY TO FLORENCE? I CANNOT BE FRUSTRATED WITH THESE TWO! I URGE THAT YOU GET A PRE APPROVAL ELSEWHERE OR READ THE BBB AND READ THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS!

The worst experience I've ever had. Janice Bae the mortgage agent never returned my phone calls, text messages or emails. So I gave up and got Shevell Anderson who sent me the wrong link for figure lending at which time I gave permission to figure lending to access my banking account. So I did what she told me only to find out that she said sent the wrong link and told me to call figure lending and cancel the application which I did. So they canceled it and because I had applied to the wrong link that Shevell sent me American funding declined the HELOC because there were too many inquiries on my credit.
