Just a little disturbed at the mixed goals between Brett and myself. I am not just a number or another loan, I am a person who deserves to be treated with respect and well respected as a potential buyer! Brett expressed only interested in getting an application completed and then, more than any other mortgage company, wanted assets that are not mine disclosed? I have tried to reach the company headquarters to advise of the problem and so far have been unsuccessful, with the exception of a contact us page. As a precautious buyer, I take steps to ensure my personal information is protected against identity theft and Brett could not express mutual care for sensitive information. Shameful. Please, I would like a Senior Partner of the establishment to contact me to clarify the ultimate goals of Cross Country Mortgage and to ensure me in writing that I am removed from their database.

I can't give him a review becuase I haven't heard from him. He has not contacted me on anything I have been interested in. There are homes that we are interested in but would really like to know what we can qualify for but can't even get an email or phone call.

I would not bother..he never returned calls or answered to the e-mail..useless tool in the business. I contacted him prior to my looking at specific houses as a recommended provider by you.. he never called ....ever!

I filled out an online form asking for information on potential refinancing my mortgage. I received their initial voicemail without issue, and was fine with that. I have been very busy and hadn't had a chance to follow up yet. They have proceeded to SPAM DIAL ME 10+ times in less than 24 hours. It has transitioned from mild annoyance to feeling like I am being harassed, and ensuring I will never fill out another online form that requires anything but an email.
