This was a terrible experience for my buyer that was a first time home buyer. I have sold many homes and have never been involved in a more unorganized deal. Such a disappointment for all involved.

He never answered my questions again and I only asked once, he did not answer me anything else about my possibility of credit, etc., I gave all my required documents and received no response.

Better communication so I would know when other people were calling. Not talk to them an say no I wasn't informed which happened way to often. Also the amount of exclamation! Was way to unprofessional couldn't tell if I was being yelled at or was supposed to a sign of happiness. And being lied to about getting ahold of my insurance company then find out on Friday it wasn't even done an yes I did ask them if you did try they said no. I save all my texts so I can look back an see what people have said or didn't say.

Melanie came across as knowing what she was talking about. But was emotionally cold and interaction with her felt uncomfortable.

I had my loan funded on 09/20/2025. It is 11/26/2025 and they still have not paid of some of my loans and I'm still making payments also paying interest. They tell me that I have to wait for the checks to clear. More than Two months later, almost $10,000.00. Not good business.

As a first time homebuyer, my experience working with Anila was incredibly infuriating. When I first began my home search, I was not exclusive to one real estate agent or loan officer. With that being said, when I started working with Anila she recommended her real estate agent to me, and I took up her recommendation. After viewing a homes with multiple different agents I decided to work with a different agent from who Anila recommended. After informing Anila that I would be working with a different agent, she sounded like she was having a melt down over the phone. She took it upon herself to research the real estate agent I chose to work with then hastily told me all of the reasons why she was a terrible agent, as if she knows this agent and my relationship to her. After telling her that I am not willing to change my decision, she basically told me that since I won't do what she says in my homebuying process, then she will not longer be working with me and closed my file. Anila was essentially trying to bully me into doing what she says when it came to making decisions on how I should buy my home. If you ever encounter an agent/loan officer who is pushing you to make a decision that you do not want to make or they act as if they know what's better for your than you do, FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY and find an agent/loan officer who will LISTEN and work with you based on your wants and needs not their own wants and needs.

Throughout the entire process I often felt like I was a bothered and the communication was minimal. I interacted with what I felt was too many people to get through the process. The sales manager Andres literally stated to the loan processor that I was a bit moody and very defensive. I eagerly waited for this process to end so I did not have to continue feeling this way. I'm just glad this is all over.
