This is the worst lenders out there. Perhaps I was assigned a bad loan officer, but the loan processor and underwriters exhibit same deceitful and poor customer services. These guys almost gave me a cardiac arrest based off of alot of errors made on their end. So unprofessional

Avoid them they are Liars and scam artist they advertise low interest rates and o closing coast and all they won't to do is run your credit report and then rip u off with a high closing coast or interest rates even if you have a857 credit score and then they will tell you that the rates have gone up to day and other b.s. stores and they hope your stupid to believe them isn't that right Gregory Manos

Awful experience for my Buyer. This company has no customer service skills, never followed through and has an overall horrible service. They were rude, missed deadlines and had a total disregard for their clients. I would never recommend this company.

Unprofessional, right hand doesn't know what left is doing. Surprise docs at closing. Wanted access and copies of everything. And I had an excellent credit score. Hate to think what it would have been like otherwise.

Expect to get harassed if you ever speak to them. They throw you on a robodialer. Received 3 calls before 9am from them even after telling the first person it was early and I'd call back later when I had time. Then kept receiving calls at work. Worst mistake reaching out to these people....

This was one of the lenders we applied with. The communication was sorely lacking. If I didn't initiate communication, I never knew what was happening. They also told me that they were unable to accept third party funds which is something I've never heard and an non existent issue we had another lender we started working with.
