me clarify something, this is the only survey you are sending me and it is not Megan Schmidt personally. It is everyone that had to do with this deal. It has been a horrible experience. I would never recommend this company. Write up into closing day that had to be extendedand even at the very last minute we had to wait on paperwork, so late that the funds didn't even process so my client was faced with yet another night with no place to go. Unacceptable.

Absolute nightmare service. Erik told me he could get me a loan. He knew I was up against a deadline. He tells me get him all my info by morning. I spend 3 hours getting him all my info. Then NOTHING! I don't hear a word. I email him 3 times. No answer. Finally a week later he says sorry I was out of the country. He never turned my stuff in to underwriting or anything. I emailed the CEO who did not help either. Then after 10 days, he said or you did not meet the guidelines!!!! Are you kidding, he should of known that right away. I highly recommend you do not use this company!!!! Erik should actually be demoted with that type of service.

Worst communication I've had with a lender in 3 years experience. Never once returned a phone call or answered a call. Never responded to my emails in a timely manner. The professor for this transaction was even worse and very rude when she finally did answer a phone call last minute.
