Most of the bad experience came from not being told ahead of time about the extra fers we had to pay until last minute and being rushed to get the funds with less than a day. Being rushed on paperwork. The day we get it we have a day or less to get it all in and signed. Would have been nice to have more advanced notice on everything. Wr ended up having to take out loans to get the money paid because we are being asked wherwhere the money is.

Issues were many....loss paperwork having to send at least 3 times...kept asking for more info after we were told no more info was needed...lack of return calls and e-mails for several days from loan and the loan processor...had to file an extension TWICE which threatened the sale...asked about a rate reduction if rates decreased & got only a limited response and no followup...probably not Noah's fault that there was not a coordinated chain of command to get questions answered
