Dywon Glenn told my client she could buy a $647,000 home under a down payment assistance program called the Chenoa funds. 3 weeks after being in escrow he tells my client she can no longer use the chenoa funds because the cap is $485,000. Not sure how he didn’t know the cap in the first place when he’s senior loan advisor. Than he tells her she can use cal haffa, because they just increased the amount of money you can make to $144,000, and with over time my client make $147,000. I can go on

I don’t have enough bandwith to tell you everything that was wrong with this transaction. All I know is that I would never use this person again (and I am buying another house in November), or recommend her to anyone, quite the contrary. Documentation was routinely wrong. Names were routinely misspelled. My Social Security number was wrong. My contact information was wrong. She didn’t show up at the closing. When we got to the closing we found out the numbers were wrong. It was a nightmare.

Communication with Zach was almost completely non-existent for the final 2 weeks leading up to closing despite several voicemails and e-mails by myself, my husband, and my realtor.

Our clients were wanting to switch to a different mortgage lender how bad the communication was... not to mention closing got pushed back almost 20 days, it screwed up their entire schedule. It didn’t seem like New American Funding knew what was really going on. I had to get someone on the phone so I ended up getting the loan processors manager, immediately rude and defense douche. Worst loan experience in my entire career. At times I felt that New American Funding was fraudulent.

From the start the communication lacked. My client was always calling me asking lending questions because she could not get ahold of your team or some there and numbers were constantly changing which is expected but were not explained effectively which resulted in my client/your client reaching out to me telling me how frustrated she was.

At closing, New American Funding did not follow wiring instructions, therefore we were stranded at the title company an additional 3 hours while this was sorted out. Also within 60 days of closing, we find out they have sold our loan to Wells Fargo. We did not receive any communication from Mark Cooper this was happening. We thought we were working with someone local to partner with us through our loan, turns out it was a deception. We do not recommend Mark Cooper nor New American.

I Just Think Tht It Was Not The Best Of Service Bc We Had A Leader At The Beginning Of The Process It Was Goin Real Great But Then Tht Agent Left To Go To Another Company An Then Thts When Things Were Getting Bad .... I Mean We Had To Resend All The Paperwork Over 2 Or 3 Times In The Process Which Made It Take 2 1/2 Months For Every Thing To Finally To A Closeing Date In June We Started The Process In April
