I had to request to see all of our options multiple times and was met with hesitancy and pressure to pick a higher rate With zero guarantees of lower future rates to refinance to. He also left out that there are costs associated with refinancing so the higher rate now is not in our interest whatsoever.

Under communicated, Poor Communication, Acted very unprofessional. I've never been spoken to in such a nonprofessional way. He did come back and opologize but in the end he didn't even come to the closing table when he told me he was going to be there. The deal got done correctly and if my client wants to use him in the future I'm sure we can work it out but if I had a choice in lenders John would not be it.

Being upfront and clear about the pricing and understanding what the possible fees are, The communication from the agent was very unsatisfying and when asked a question. There was little to no knowledge on the source. The overall experience was not good I would not recommend and will not use the company in the future to anyone
