Very disappointed. My clients were told they qualified for a grant but did not and we’re left scrambling to come up with another $4K for the down payment. The Title company was promised docs twice and both times the dates were missed. Not impressed!

You must make sure you explain the procedure for applying for a housing loan. Be able to explain what type of information and what should be the way to present it. And last but very important, verify the documentation received to avoid loss of time and misunderstandings.

His upfront infornation of this loan no points at all, and i was charge for points ... so next time i will find another loan person to deal with . A lesson of life , get it in writing from the loan officer..

Personally, I think this experience was a LOT harder than it was supposed to be. It wasn't just him but it was the whole company experience. First when someone leaves the company with a person waiting on a loan usually you put someone new on the job, not months later. Then, lets talk about my actual experience. My experience when I talked with Kendrick wasn't completely bad. Month after month of me asking if I needed to fill out anything I kept getting no.

Our calls were ignored every single time, we didn’t talk to Michelle once after the initial meeting and everything was put off until the very last minute delaying everyone’s closing dates..

I was very disappointed with my experience with New American Funding. Documents and the request for documentation was delayed by the lender. Our closing was delayed on our house because of poor management by the NAF. Very poor service.
