So disappointed of the lack of communication from Rob. Not only was I misled due to his miscalculations he was impossible to get on the phone. He was always “busy with meetings” I would never use this company or recommend them. They were “not able” to help me out with costs or payment. They got their money and didn’t care. I feel like I was screwed and being as I had hired contractors to do my remodel I didn’t feel I could back out because I didn’t want to screw anyone else over!!!

This is the worst experience ever to go with Shannon and the team. Delay and unnecessary paperwork are added to the burden. We’ll definitely go through a different broker in the future for our loan needs.

I spoke with Art at the very beginning of the loan process. After my initial discussion, Art disappeared. He was non-communicative on multiple issues critical to the loan process, including failing to lock in an interest rate for my loan until the very last minute, AFTER interest rates had risen. At the times he was most beeded, he was nowhere to be found and his staff were not helpful. In short, I feel like I was treated as nothing more than another revenue opportunity by a scam artist.

I am a realtor and this is the WORST experience I've ever seen dealing with any real estate closings. This lender, Brittany Purcell, is so unprofessional in every kind of way. She told the buyers she was working with(who were buying a home from my sellers) that they were not approved just two days before closing. She gave them no explanation and refused to answer their calls or emails. I AM SHOCKED that she could do this to her own clients. I am writing this so it does not happen to anyone else

I would say it seemed to start off well but what was ultimately disappointed when she refused to lock our rate in for almost 2 months. Then we continued to receive excuses why she wouldnt call us back. Promise after promise and she dragged us along for several months and then decided to take another vacation. Most unprofessional experience we have encountered. Even her mamager said he was too busy to answer our questions since he had several other agents to manager. Be cautious!

Meeting a scheduled closing date. Better communication between staff and client. Taking ownership of loan even when it was initiated by a former employee. Putting more attention to detail instead of blaming incompetence on staff. Overall, an unpleasant experience.
