John has completely stopped communicating with us when there is a major problem with the payoff of our old mortgage. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support throughout the entire process. It is really unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

Throughout the process, and especially at the end, I had to google and turn to social media for answers to my questions. I have never been through the home buying process before and was very confused about a lot of things. It was very difficult to get in touch with Jerry. Calls and texts would go unanswered for days. My frustration extends far further than this box allows me to type, but rest assured I do not recommend Jerry or New American Funding.

Slow service, request for documentation previously submitted. Coordinated funding myself in order to close. All appointments were made last minute with little time to prepare. Covid-19 blamed for poor response because so many people wanted to take advantage of interest rates. If you cannot service the customers do not take too many on.

Communicate! Don't leave your customers in the unknown, call them or at least answer their calls and/or text. On all your emails it invites customer to call with any questions, whats the point if you all don't answer

This was my first time buying a house so I don’t have experience when it comes to buying a house but I was expecting profesionalism at all times. The team does not know the word communication. I know it might not be the easiest time to buy a house due the the obvious reasons but I believe communication was always an issue, with a minimum call to let clients know what is happening and anticipating of the issues that might come but rather they will not answer calls or text until a couple of days.

It was my first time buying a house so I didn’t know what to expect, overall experience was ok I guess...
