Mike stopped communicating, and after a week I checked back in and he said he was waiting on me to provide "letters" but didn't specify what kind of letters, and did not respond to my request for more information. I sent him my best guess for the documents and waited weeks with no response. So it would have been better if he had not have done that, or have let me know he didn't want to work with me before the hard inquiry that hit my credit score.

realtors on both sides of the transaction were left out of the chain of communication. Buyers build a brand new home. lender had 6 months to get loan closed and we ended up have to extend almost 2 weeks from the closing date.

Unfortunately I would never recommend Nichole Renteria to anyone as she was recommended to me. I paid almost $6000 to do a refinance and I did most of the work! There was literally almost zero communication from her. I was always the one reaching out to find out what was needed next to continue moving forward! To find out nothing was being done for days and weeks. It was the longest drawn out re-fi I have ever been through. So unnecessarily stressful! I even reached out to other loan officers

Spoke w/Bob Haft 1/2 ref. refinancing, he was to send info/amount of interest savings on 1/4. On 1/4 no word.1/5 nothing, finally on 1/8 I wrote Bob: "Bob, I haven't heard back from you and am wondering where we are at with this. We are interested in moving forward. We would like to see an estimate of savings if we go with the 15 year loan. Thanks!" On 1/8 Bob replied: "sorry for the late response I will get working on estimate for you later today." It is 1/15. Still not a word from Bob.

It’s been like pulling teeth with this company. I would definitely not recommend to go with this company. It seems like they are very flaky . When I was doing the final closing documentation ,I was never even giving direction as in when it was going to fund or I how I was going to get the funding. I had to reach out to the supervisor for his assistance. And even then he told me it would fund possibly Monday but yet it’s already Thursday and I have received nothing. I picked the wrong lender.??

In my personal experience I had a very difficult time trying to get ahold of him and was even worse trying to get a call back from him. He told me all the paperwork was ready to go and we were just waiting for the loan to get accepted when a week passed I received an email about cancellation due to Edward not doing his part to start my application. I had to speak to a separate person just to stop the cancellation. The rate was great but service was the worst I’ve had during my time as a customer
