Pam Rios and Jeff Glick were the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, had to call corporate on them numerous times, like pulling teeth. They lacked attention to detail, were weren't kept informed throughout the process. We almost bailed on several occasions. Our closing was delayed due to Pam Rios not acquiring the required docs on 2 different occasions. Totally incompetent, will never use NAF again, your company should be ashamed to employ such staff

My experience would have been better had my Loan Consultant not waited until a week before closing to lock in my interest rate. Had she been more proactive, I wouldn't have escalated my case to seek resolution.

This is the third time that I have refinanced, and unfortunately it was the most unpleasant. Information was unclear, and when I asked questions several times the answers were not direct. This loan process took beyond a reasonable amount of time... I settled past the lock date as a result of miscommunication between Mr. Meram and Mr. Pring. It was clear that the breakdown was the lack of communication among the staff of New American. Unfortunately I would not recommend New American Funding.

I had a very unpleasant experience. I had worked with this company in the past and it was a great experience. Honestly though, if I hadn’t been so far along in the process, I would have chosen another organization. I will say the funding offer I worked with was very pleasant to work with.

I have documented e-mails showing the lack of communication, delays, and follow through were by far the worst customer service I have ever had on something as important as a Home loan. NO ONE EVER updated the website or contacted me about where we were in the process or communicated how the delays could be rectified. I started the app on 7/9/20 and closed 1/27/21 "OVER 6 MONTHS!!!" Even the Managers I spoke to never responded after saying they would contact me at a later time; simply awful.
